Only charges at certain angles or not at all? We clean or replace charging ports and check for board-level damage where needed.
If a repair isn’t good value compared to the phone’s age and condition, we’ll tell you that honestly and suggest other options such as trade-in instead.
Most iPhone and Samsung screen or battery repairs take 20–60 minutes, depending on parts availability and current workload. More complex issues may take longer if extra diagnostics or parts are needed.
Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments or calling ahead can help us make sure we have the right part in stock for your model.
For standard screen and battery repairs, your data is usually not affected. However, no repair shop can guarantee data, especially on devices with severe damage or water exposure. We always recommend backing up important photos and files when possible.
We use high-quality parts that we trust and have tested. In some cases they are OEM or equivalent; in others they are premium aftermarket. We’ll explain your options and what’s available for your phone model.
If the repair cost isn’t realistic compared to the value of the phone, we’ll tell you honestly. In many cases, we can also help you sell or trade in your device and move into something more reliable.
Yes. Most phone repairs at Phone Studio come with a 90-day parts & labour warranty. If you notice an issue related to the repair within that period, bring it back and we’ll take a look.
Water damage is never guaranteed, but we can often clean and inspect the board and connectors, then try to bring the device back to life or recover data. The sooner you bring it in after contact with liquid, the better the chances.
You can keep your SIM card and case with you if you prefer. We only need the phone itself to complete most repairs.
If you’ve received a written quote from another local shop, feel free to show us. We’ll do our best to offer competitive pricing while still using quality parts and backing our work with a warranty.
If a repair isn’t possible or doesn’t solve the issue, we’ll explain why and go over your options. In many cases there is no charge for unsuccessful basic repairs/diagnostics beyond any agreed diagnostic fee, and we can discuss trade-in or data recovery options if available.
