Smartwatches are tiny, sealed and fiddly, which is exactly why most shops won't touch them. We do. Cracked outer glass with a working panel underneath, a dead OLED, a battery that gives out by mid-afternoon, a stuck digital crown, a watch that won't charge on its puck or pair with your phone, all careful, close work under magnification. We re-seal with new adhesive on every glass and screen job to restore splash and sweat resistance, and we'll tell you honestly when an older watch isn't worth the repair.
Smartwatch repairs are handled at our Courtice store at 2 Glenabbey Dr, Unit 5. Every watch gets a free diagnosis first and a clear answer before any work, and most Apple Watch glass and screen repairs are done in one to two business days once the adhesive has cured. Customers come to the same Courtice bench from Oshawa, Bowmanville and Whitby. We text you the moment it's ready.

90-day warranty, parts and labour. Covers defects in the part and our workmanship, not new accidental damage.
On Series 6 and newer it usually is. On older models (Series 3 / 4) repair cost can approach a used replacement, we'll be honest about which makes more sense once we see it.
We re-seal with new adhesive on every glass / screen job. It restores splash and sweat resistance, but we don't certify swimming-depth waterproofing after any third-party repair, including ours.
Most Apple Watch glass and screen repairs are 1–2 business days. Adhesive cure time is the limiting factor.

Not every smartwatch model has available parts or a safe repair method. Apple Watch and some Samsung Galaxy Watch models are more commonly repairable. For other brands or very old models we'll check availability and tell you honestly what's possible.
Sometimes, yes, especially if the issue is battery or charging related. If there is serious board or liquid damage, repair may be more limited or not possible. We assess the watch and explain your options.
Most screen and battery repairs do not require erasing the watch. We don't access your health data, messages, or personal information beyond what's needed for testing. We still recommend keeping your watch paired with your phone and backed up where possible.
In many cases, yes, especially if there's a risk the watch might need to be reset or replaced. If you're unsure how to unpair it, we can help guide you through the steps in-store.
Often, yes. Batteries wear out over time, especially on watches used all day for notifications and fitness tracking. If your model supports it and parts are available, a battery replacement can significantly improve battery life.
We can help with basic strap changes and may carry or order some strap options. Our main focus is on the internal repair side, screens, batteries, charging, and functional issues.
