Yes. Usually a port clean or a new port fixes it. We inspect the port for dust, bent pins, and internal damage, and if the port isn't the cause, we check for deeper board problems.

Turn it off right away and don't charge it. Dry the outside, then bring it in. Corrosion starts quickly and keeps going, so the sooner we open it, the better the chances. We assess it for free and tell you what's repairable before any work.

Yes, and this should be treated as urgent. If the back of your tablet is lifting or the screen is pushing out, turn it off and bring it in as soon as possible. Swollen batteries can be unsafe if ignored.

An iPad that won't turn on or won't charge is usually one of three things: a worn battery, a failed charging port, or a board-level fault like the charging IC. We start with a free diagnosis to find which it is. Battery and port repairs are done here on the Courtice bench, and if it's a logic-board fault we handle that in-house too with micro-soldering. Nothing gets mailed out.

Yes, these are some of the most common iPads we see on the bench. On the 7th, 8th and 9th generation, the front glass is a separate layer from the LCD, so if the display underneath still works we can often replace just the glass instead of the whole screen. If the crack has damaged the display too, we do a full screen replacement instead. iPad mini varies by generation, so we confirm which repair you need at the free diagnosis.
