No. Screen replacement does not touch your data. Your photos, apps and accounts stay exactly where they are. We'd still recommend a backup before any repair, and we can help with that too.

Often yes. We do a free assessment before quoting. Water damage repairs are no-fix / no-fee: if we can't bring it back, you don't pay for the diagnostic work.
An iPhone stuck on the Apple logo (a boot loop) can be a software issue, a failed update, or a board-level fault. We start with a free diagnosis to find out which. Many cases are fixable here on the Courtice bench, and if it's a logic-board fault we handle that in-house with micro-soldering rather than mailing it out.
