It depends on the model and screen type (OEM vs aftermarket). Diagnosis is free and we always quote in writing before any work. Bring it in or send a quote request and we reply same day during shop hours.
No. Screen replacement does not touch your data. Your photos, apps and accounts stay exactly where they are. We'd still recommend a backup before any repair, we can help with that too.
Most common iPhone and Samsung screens are same-day when parts are in stock, often inside 2 hours. Less common models may be next-day. We text you the moment your device is ready.
Often yes. We do a free assessment before quoting. Water damage repairs are no-fix / no-fee, if we can't bring it back, you don't pay for the diagnostic work.
An iPhone stuck on the Apple logo (a boot loop) can be a software issue, a failed update, or a board-level fault. We start with a free diagnosis to find out which. Many cases are fixable here on the Courtice bench, and if it's a logic-board fault we handle that in-house with micro-soldering rather than mailing it out.

Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments or calling ahead can help us make sure we have the right part in stock for your model.
We use high-quality parts that we trust and have tested. In some cases they are OEM or equivalent; in others they are premium aftermarket. We explain your options and what's available for your phone model.
If the repair cost isn't realistic compared to the value of the phone, we'll tell you honestly. In many cases we can also help you sell or trade in your device and move into something more reliable.
You can keep your SIM card and case with you if you prefer. We only need the phone itself to complete most repairs.
