The technician can walk through trade credit toward a different phone, a refurbished unit, or accessories, whatever balances out the offer. The assessment is free, the offer is not binding until you accept it. Any device we take in trade is wiped clean on the bench before resale, the SIM card and SD card go back to you, and no account of yours is left on it.

Trade credit balances the offer. Walk away if the math does not work, no obligation.

How we grade what comes across the bench.
Practical grading so expectations are clear before the offer. Every device gets a fresh assessment on the bench.
- Like New
- Minimal signs of use. Fully functional. Excellent cosmetic shape, looks unused.
- Excellent
- Light wear. Fully functional. No major cosmetic damage that affects daily use.
- Good
- Visible wear from regular use. Core functionality intact. Reliable as a daily driver.
- Fair
- Noticeable cosmetic wear, or minor functional quirks that do not stop the device working.
- Damaged
- Cracked screen, port faults, battery degradation, or board issues. Often still carries parts value.

Honest about value
Locked, broken, or water-damaged?

iCloud-locked iPhone
Cannot be reactivated for normal use. Still accepted for parts value, but the cash offer drops significantly compared to an unlocked unit.
Samsung FRP-locked phone
Factory Reset Protection blocks normal reactivation. Same parts-value treatment as iCloud-locked iPhones, accepted, but at reduced value.
Water-damaged or won't power on
