The offer reflects what the device is worth today, not a generic guess. You walk out with cash or trade credit, or walk away if the number does not work for you.
Cracked screens, dead batteries, water-damaged boards, or phones that will not power on usually still carry parts value. iCloud-locked iPhones and Samsung FRP-locked phones are worth less because they cannot be reactivated for normal use, but they are still accepted for parts. The technician opens the device and checks the screen, battery, ports, and core functionality.
Step 3: Market quote
We compare against real-time market resale data, the offer reflects what the device is worth today.
Step 4: Cash or trade credit
Accept the offer and walk out with cash or trade credit, or walk away, no obligation.
Condition grades
How we grade what comes across the bench.
Practical grading so expectations are clear before the offer. Every device gets a fresh assessment on the bench.
- Like New
- Minimal signs of use. Fully functional. Excellent cosmetic shape, looks unused.
- Excellent
- Light wear. Fully functional. No major cosmetic damage that affects daily use.
- Good
- Visible wear from regular use. Core functionality intact. Reliable as a daily driver.
- Fair
- Noticeable cosmetic wear, or minor functional quirks that do not stop the device working.
- Damaged
- Cracked screen, port faults, battery degradation, or board issues. Often still carries parts value.

iCloud-locked iPhone
Cannot be reactivated for normal use. Still accepted for parts value, but the cash offer drops significantly compared to an unlocked unit.
Samsung FRP-locked phone
Factory Reset Protection blocks normal reactivation. Same parts-value treatment as iCloud-locked iPhones, accepted, but at reduced value.
Water-damaged or won't power on
