If your watch doesn’t last the day or shuts off early, a worn battery is often the cause. We replace batteries on selected smartwatch models and test charging and run time.
If your smartwatch doesn’t charge, heats up on the charger or only charges sometimes, we can check the charging contacts, back housing and cable and let you know what’s possible.
On some models, damage to the housing or strap mounts can affect use. Where possible, we can advise on repair or replacement options for the case or back glass.
Smartwatch repair pricing depends heavily on the exact model, series and type of damage. Screens and batteries on some models are more complex or costly than others. We always confirm the cost with you before starting any repair and let you know if a repair is realistically worth it compared to replacing the watch.

Not every smartwatch model has available parts or a safe repair method. Apple Watch and some Samsung Galaxy Watch models are more commonly repairable. For other brands or very old models, we’ll check availability and tell you honestly what’s possible.
Once a smartwatch has been opened, water resistance can’t be guaranteed, even if we use proper seals and adhesives. It may still handle light splashes, but we recommend avoiding showers, swimming or heavy water exposure after most repairs.
If we have parts in stock and the repair is straightforward, some smartwatch repairs may be done within a few days. In other cases, we may need to order parts or allow extra time for careful disassembly and testing. We’ll give you a realistic time estimate before starting.
Sometimes, yes—especially if the issue is battery or charging related. If there is serious board or liquid damage, repair may be more limited or not possible. We’ll assess the watch and explain your options.
Most screen and battery repairs do not require erasing the watch. We don’t access your health data, messages or personal information beyond what’s needed for testing. Still, we always recommend keeping your watch paired with your phone and backed up where possible.
In many cases, yes, especially if there’s a risk the watch might need to be reset or replaced. If you’re unsure how to unpair it, we can help guide you through the steps in-store.
It depends on the series and cost of replacement. For newer or mid-range models, a screen repair can be cheaper than replacing the entire watch. For very old models, we’ll give you an honest opinion if we think the money is better put toward a newer device.
Often, yes. Batteries wear out over time, especially on watches used all day for notifications and fitness tracking. If your model supports it and parts are available, a battery replacement can significantly improve battery life.
We can help with basic strap changes and may carry or order some strap options. However, our main focus is on the internal repair side—screens, batteries, charging and functional issues.
If we find that the repair isn’t possible or doesn’t make financial sense, we’ll explain why and help you consider your options. We won’t pressure you into a repair that doesn’t feel right for your watch or your budget.
