We tell you the grade in the quote (premium OEM-equivalent or genuine panels) so you know exactly what's going in. On panels that support it we restore True Tone and auto-brightness after the swap, so the display behaves like it did before the crack.
No. A screen swap doesn't touch internal storage: photos, apps, messages and your Apple ID all stay exactly where they are. A quick iCloud or computer backup before any repair is still a good habit.
No. Face ID runs on a separate sensor array, not the display, so a screen replacement leaves it working. We keep that assembly intact through the swap and test Face ID before you pick the phone up.
