iPhone screen repairs are handled at our Courtice store at 2 Glenabbey Dr, Unit 5. It's a short drive from Oshawa, Bowmanville and Whitby. Your phone stays on our bench the whole time, never shipped to a depot.

It depends on the model and the screen grade: a current Pro Max OLED costs more than an older LCD model. Pricing depends on model, part, and damage, free diagnosis and a clear quote before any work.
Most iPhone screens are same-day when parts are in stock, often back in your hand inside an hour or two. Less common models can take an extra day if we have to order the panel. We text you the moment yours is ready.
We tell you the grade in the quote (premium OEM-equivalent or genuine panels) so you know exactly what's going in. On panels that support it we restore True Tone and auto-brightness after the swap, so the display behaves like it did before the crack.
No. A screen swap doesn't touch internal storage: photos, apps, messages and your Apple ID all stay exactly where they are. A quick iCloud or computer backup before any repair is still a good habit.
No. Face ID runs on a separate sensor array, not the display, so a screen replacement leaves it working. We keep that assembly intact through the swap and test Face ID before you pick the phone up.
90-day warranty, parts and labour. It covers defects in the replacement screen and our workmanship; it does not cover new drops, cracks or liquid contact after pickup.
