Before any work starts we diagnose your device for free and write down the part, the labour and the timing, so the only number you see at pickup is the one you agreed to at drop-off. Most iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Pixel screens are done same-day when parts are in stock, and we walk you through the screen grades (OEM-pulled, premium aftermarket, economy) so you pick the one that fits how you actually use the phone.
Every screen is replaced at our Courtice store at 2 Glenabbey Dr, Unit 5, never mailed out. It's a quick drive from Oshawa, and we also see customers from Bowmanville and Whitby. Same techs on the same bench every visit.

We walk you through the trade-offs (brightness, touch feel, true-tone, warranty coverage) and recommend the grade that matches how you actually use the device.
