    Character or camera moving on its own with nobody touching the stick. We replace the analog stick module, the proper fix, not a clean that drifts again in a month.

  • Charging port repair

    USB-C port loose, only charges at an angle, only charges in the dock, or dead. The port is replaced so it charges in handheld again.

  • Screen / LCD & OLED

    Cracked Switch screen, dead pixels, lines, black display, or OLED burn-in and damage. Glass and display replaced on Switch, OLED and Lite.

  • Usually yes. A Switch that won't charge in handheld is most often a worn USB-C port, sometimes the battery or charging IC. Diagnosis is free; we tell you which it is and quote before any work. If it only charges in the dock, that's the classic loose-port sign.

  • Yes, on Switch, Switch OLED, and Switch Lite, cracked glass, dead pixels, lines, or a black display. OLED panels cost more than the original LCD, and we confirm the price in writing before we open it.

  • A stick-module replacement is almost always cheaper than a new pair of Joy-Con, and it fixes the controller you already have. If both sticks are worn we can do both at once. We'll give you the honest math at the free diagnosis.

  • Joy-Con drift and battery swaps are often same-day when parts are in stock. Charging ports and screen replacements are usually 1-2 days. We text you the moment it's ready.

  • Screen, Joy-Con, charging-port and battery repairs don't touch your saved data, it stays on the console (and on your Nintendo account where cloud saves are on). If the storage itself is the fault we tell you what's recoverable first.

  • Yes, 90-day warranty, parts and labour. It covers the part we replaced and our workmanship; it doesn't cover new cracks, spills, or drops after the repair.
