Tell us whether there is no response, the console starts then switches off, or it stays on with no picture. Brief white blinking while shutting down is normal; persistent blinking or failure to start needs troubleshooting. We check the console before identifying a failed part.

We can also help fit a compatible detachable drive to a supported PS5 Slim Digital Edition or PS5 Pro. The original PS5 Digital Edition does not support that add-on; we check your model before quoting.

We diagnose overheating and shutdown faults, check the cooling system and test the console under load. A PS5 uses liquid metal at its main processor; a PS4 uses thermal paste. Cleaning, fan work or thermal servicing depends on what we find.

Yes. We clean the stick first and only replace the analog stick module if it's worn. Same-day repair available, depending on parts and how busy we are. We also handle sticky buttons, dead triggers, and charging faults.

HDMI, cooling and disc-drive repairs normally do not require erasing storage. Data cannot be guaranteed on a faulty console, so back up your saves first if it still works. Tell us if preserving saves is your priority; storage or board faults need a separate assessment.

Bring the console and power cable. For controller faults, bring the affected controller; for a problem with one disc or cable, bring that item too. Tell us if a disc is stuck inside. If you are unsure, call before visiting.

Yes, 90-day warranty, parts and labour. It covers the part we replaced and our workmanship; it doesn't cover new drops, spills, or further damage.
