    No picture, black screen, or no signal to the TV from a bent or snapped HDMI port. We desolder the damaged port and fit a new one, the single most common PlayStation repair we do.

  • Disc drive repair

    Won't read or eject discs, grinding or clicking, a disc stuck inside, or a failed drive motor on PS5 and PS4. Cleaned, re-geared, or the drive swapped.

  • Blue / white light of death

    PS5 white-light blink or PS4 blue-light pulse then shutdown. We diagnose whether it's the HDMI, the APU, or the power side before you commit to anything.

    Overheating & loud fan

    Shutting off mid-game, fan running like a jet engine, thermal warnings. Full strip-down, dust clean, and fresh thermal paste or liquid metal.

  • Yes, a broken HDMI port is the most common PS5 and PS4 repair we do. The little port gets bent when a cable is knocked, and the console outputs no picture. We desolder the damaged port and install a new one. Turn-around is usually 2-3 days; bring the console, a controller, and the power cable.

  • Pricing depends on model, part, and damage, free diagnosis and a clear quote before any work. An HDMI port replacement is a fixed board-level job; we confirm the price in writing before we pick up a soldering iron.

  • A white-light blink on PS5 (or the blue light of death on PS4) usually points to the HDMI port, the APU, or the power supply. We diagnose which one for free before quoting, so you're not paying to replace parts on a guess.

  • Yes. Grinding, clicking, discs that won't load or won't eject are usually a worn gear, belt, or laser. We clean and re-gear the drive where we can, or swap it. Digital-edition owners adding a disc drive, we can help there too.
