The Xbox jobs we see most are a black screen with no signal to the TV and a disc drive that grinds or won't read. A black screen is usually a bent or broken HDMI port (we desolder the old port and fit a new one), and if the port looks fine we check the retimer chip on the board too, not just the connector. For drives that grind, click, or won't load or eject, we clean and re-gear them where we can or swap them. We also handle overheating shutdowns, power faults and controller stick drift on Series X, Series S and Xbox One. Every console gets a free diagnosis first, so you approve the price before any work.
Most Xbox repairs are back in two to three days once the part's in, and we text you the moment it's ready. Xbox repairs are handled at our Courtice store at 2 Glenabbey Dr, Unit 5.
