  • Yes. A bent or broken HDMI port is one of the most common Xbox repairs, the console runs but the TV shows no picture. We desolder the damaged port and fit a new one. If the port looks fine, we check the retimer chip on the board too. Turn-around is usually 2-3 days.

  • Pricing depends on model, part, and damage, free diagnosis and a clear quote before any work. An HDMI port or disc drive is a fixed job; overheating and board-level faults are quoted after we see what's going on. You always approve the price first.

  • Usually dust buildup, dried thermal paste, and blocked airflow. We strip the console down, clean it out, refresh the thermal paste, and check the fan and sensors so it stops cutting out under load.

  • Yes, on standard Wireless and Elite Series 2 controllers. We replace the analog stick module so the drift doesn't come straight back, and we handle sticky bumpers, dead triggers, and sync or charging faults. Often same-day when the part is in stock.

  • Yes. Grinding, clicking, or discs that won't load or eject are usually a worn gear or laser. We clean and re-gear the drive where we can, or swap it for one that reads cleanly.

  • Most Xbox repairs, HDMI, disc drive, fans, controllers, don't touch your internal storage, and saves also sync to your account. If the storage itself is the fault, we tell you what's realistically recoverable before any work.

  • Yes, 90-day warranty, parts and labour. It covers the replaced part and our workmanship; it doesn't cover new drops, spills, or further damage after the repair.
